Rummage Sale &  Spaghetti Lunch

The youth will have a rummage sale (8 am - 1 pm) as well as a   spaghetti lunch (pick-up 12 - 2 pm) on Sat., July 11

for their D.C. prayer outreach trip.

RUMMAGE SALE:   Donation drop- offs will be that Thurs. & Fri., 9 am-6 pm.  Donation pick-ups are also available for those without adequate transportation (see flier at the info booth)SPAGHETTI LUNCH:  The youth are selling these plates for $5 - see the table outside or in the foyer for tickets     BY NEXT WED., JULY 8th!!!

1st Annual Calvary Chapel Golf Outing

All men are invited for this outing which includes breakfast and a devotion at 7 am prior to leaving the church for Pharaoh’s Golf Club on Sat., July 11th.  Cost is $32 for breakfast, scramble and best ball including 18 holes with the cart.                               Reserve your spot soon - deadline to register is WED., JULY 8th.  Sign ups are available at the info booth.

 ***July 4th Celebration***

Come celebrate with us at Cole Park Amphitheater Sat., July 4th from noon to 9:30 pm.  There will be live music, games, a petting zoo, pony rides, obstacle course and a climbing wall.   Don’t forget the city’s fireworks display over the water that night!  Volunteers are needed for set up/tear down and clean up, face painting, drama and more!!! SUMMER YOUTH CAMP for JR. HIGH & HIGH SCHOOL JULY 26TH-31ST. This camp will be at Lake Highland just outside of Austin.Total cost is $260. A $70 deposit is due no later than Wednesday June 10th. Chaperones are needed.

Key West VBS is scheduled for July 11th thru 19th. Cost will be $400 per person. Sign up sheet at info booth. If you have questions contact the Middletons.

This ministry is in need of servants to serve once or twice a month in the following areas on Sundays and Wednesdays: 2 servants-1-2 yr. olds, 2 servants-3-4 yr olds, 2 servants-K-1st, 2 servants-2nd-5th grades. See Christina or Saulo (info booth) for more details.

There are many opportunities to pray with and be a witness to those who are suffering. If you have a heart to minister to those in the hospital sign ups are available at the info booth! 

This new ministry is to give moms and their children (birth to 5 yrs.) a time for fellowship, learning and playing once a week, here on Fridays 10-11 am. Story time will be with tales that glorify the Lord and/or teach a good moral value. All including props, coloring sheets, music, games, books and lots of fun!

Come join us as we lift up the church body and the concerns of our community in prayer Sunday mornings, 8:30 am in Pastor Rod's office and Thursdays, 6 pm in the coffee shop. We have the privilege as God's people to lift up one another's burdens to the LORD ! We highly encourage ALL TO ATTEND !!!

Ladies, did you know we have a ministry to bless you and your family with dinner. If you have a baby, surgery, or illness, please call the church. Just give us your name, number, due date, surgery date or need. We will call you to set up your meals. Don't be shy, this ministry is here to bless you! >>>> Helping Hands Meal Ministry is in need of more servants. When there is a need we call you to bless a family with a nice home cooked meal. Come exercise and fellowship to Christian music.Class is held in the sanctuary. Cost is $25 a month. Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-10am

MOM'S IN TOUCH INTERNATIONAL has a group meeting here Every Wed., 12:30-1:30 pm (nursery room). Come join us as we come together as Moms to pray the scriptures for our school-age children (college-age also !). Bring your Bibles and your prayers! 

Would your family be interested in hosting an exchange student for the next school year 2009-2010? They are given $300 a month by their parents for room and board.
